Church-wide Disciple Assessment

Purpose - This NEW Disciple Self-Assessment tool has been developed to help disciples and the church as a body to identify where they are in their journey of discipleship.   

Process - A custom church link will guide disciples through 30 questions dealing with Character (Being like Jesus) and Competency (Doing the things that Jesus did) in the three dimensions of Up, In, & Out.  Responses will be recorded and delivered to each disciple and a tabulated report will be provided to the church identified leader.

Deliverables - This Tool will provide disciples and the church as a whole with a snapshot of where they are at this moment in time and help them to strategically develop a customized PLAN to live a more Jesus-shaped life in their context.
