Discus and Rotational Shot Put 6 Pillars:

Pillar 1 = Setting Up the Throw

Pillar 2 = Setting Up Maximum Power, "Getting Left"

Pillar 3 = Dropping In and Applying Speed

Pillar 4 = Axis Transition, or the Twist and Wrap.

Pillar 5 = Locking Down the POWER

Pillar 6 = BIG Finish, Delivery

Pillar 1 = Set Up, Create the "T"

Pillar 2 = Load & Coil, Block Arm & Kick Leg

Pillar 3 = Slide, Position the Kick Leg and Center of Mass 

Pillar 4 = Drive & Kick, Double Extension (Drive Push and Kick Leg Extension)

Pillar 5 = Power Position, Catapult & Shift elevating the delivery Heel Keeping the Head behind the Knee

Pillar 6 = Delivery, Finish BIG transferring the weight linear into and through the Block Leg ... Heel Up with Lower Body FAST and FIRST
