Coaching
Practitioner - Jeff is a Practitioner Coach who will share teaching, training, and tactics based on years of experience.
Purpose - To make disciple-making leaders that are worthy of imitation who will live discipleship as a lifestyle as they equip and deploy other disciples to lead in the work of ministry.
Point of Difference - To deliver coaching and resources for pastors and leaders seeking to build a culture of discipleship in their small church contexts (ie: 75 regular participants in Sunday worship = national median in the United States according to the Hartford Institute for Religion).

This introductory workshop for teams is available as a 3-hour or as a 1.25 day experience that will introduce your team to engaging practical tools for becoming a Small church ON a BIG Mission.
